Kevin Chenoweth is Disaster
Recovery Administration Manager at Vanderbilt
University Medical Center in Nashville,
Tennessee. He is responsible for managing
all aspects of disaster recovery and
business continuity including risk assessment,
impact analysis, plan development, testing
and maintenance, emergency response
and IS recovery coordination. Kevin
is also responsible for managing and
implementing IT/IS response plans to
support VUMC's Emergency Prepardeness
program. |

Kevin has over
20 years experience in the IT/IS industry
and has worked in the Information Management
Department at VUMC for the past 10 years,
specializing in disaster recovery/business
continuity for the past 7. He is one
of 5 founding members of the Business
Continuity Planning Workgroup for Healthcare
Organizations ("BCPWHO"). This group
was formed as a support group for BCP
professionals in the academic healthcare
field.
Kevin is a member of DRII and is a Certified
Business Continuity Professional (CBCP);
he is also a member of ACP's Middle
Tennessee chapter. |
