Kathy Lee Patterson is
the Business Continuity Manager at Children's
Hospital of Philadelphia ("CHOP"). She
is responsible for developing a comprehensive
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Program at CHOP. Kathy recently completed
a Business Impact Analysis at CHOP.
Prior to joining CHOP, Kathy worked
at Temple University Health System as
the Disaster Recovery Manager and at
the University of Pennsylvania Health
System as the Disaster Recovery Coordinator.

Kathy has served as the Public Relations
Director of the Association of Contingency
Planners, Liberty Valley Chapter from
2003 to 2005. She is one of 5 founding
members of the Business Continuity Planning
Workgroup for Healthcare Organizations
("BCPWHO"). This group was formed as
a support group for BCP professionals
in the academic healthcare field. Kathy
has published several articles and spoken
at numerous DR and BCP conferences over
the last six years. She is scheduled
to speak at the upcoming Continuity
Insights Conference in New Orleans in
May, 2006. |
