Laura Jull, CEM is the Emergency Preparedness coordinator for Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, Washington. Her responsibilities include preparing staff to respond to and recover from disasters and ensuring that Harrison’s disaster response is coordinated with community and regional partners. Prior to coming to Harrison, Laura worked as the public information officer and public educator for Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management. Laura is currently a duty officer and part of the leadership team for the county during Emergency Operations Center activations that do not impact the hospital.
Laura Jull

Laura serves on the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) Private Sector committee, and is the Region 10 Hospitals and Health Care Caucus representative for the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM).

Laura’s community volunteer activities include serving as vice president of her local association where she was responsible for developing the Dam Management and Flood Mitigation plans for her neighborhood. Laura serves on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Kitsap County and teaches emergency preparedness and response programs to five local school districts. Laura is a 1998 graduate of the Leadership Kitsap program and played a lead role in developing United Way Infolink, a service that has since joined the national 211 program.

Laura received the YWCA Woman of Achievement Award in 2008 and Leadership Kitsap Outstanding Alumni Award in 2007.
